How to edit an existing keyword?

Sign in to your Text Integration account - https://secure.textintegration.com/

 Select "Keywords & Click Tags" from the top navigation. Then, View Keywords & Click Tags.

You will see the list of keywords, just click the Edit button.

Type the new keyword of your choice and click the Sync Button to sync the keyword with the Tag Name in Infusionsoft. Then, click the Save button. 

Note: Each Keyword has a maximum limit of 15 characters.

Note:

• The Keywords STOP and SUBSCRIBE are the only keywords that you cannot use because Text Integration already uses them.
