How to Broadcast a Text Message to a Group?

You can send a text message to a group of people.

Login to your Infusionsoft Account. https://signin.infusionsoft.com/login

 

Open up your campaign.

In your sequence, add a goal snippet. Set it to "Applies a Tag" and apply the appropriate tag. (e.g. V

IP)

Don't forget to add a "Remove a Tag" snippet after your Text Message snippet.

Apply the newly created tag on your selected contacts. Filter your contacts based on the tag you've created (e.g. VIP)

Once your contacts have been filtered based on the tag, use the action Start/Stop Campaign Sequence to initiate the text message.

Select the Campiang and the Sequence from the dropdown menu, and hit the "Process Action" button to send your text message to the group.
