Mid Compliance Double Opt In

This FAQ addresses Tier One – High Compliance Countries - United States and Canada.

Your very first text to a contact will be held by Text Integration, and an Opt In text will be triggered.

Once the subscriber opted in, your first text will be sent out. Your subscribers have 48 hours to opt in, otherwise, they will be automatically opted out. Nevertheless, you can manually re-trigger this opt in request at any time you wish.

Opt In Message Content

You may update the Opt In text content by logging into your Text Integration account. Go to My Account, then select Manage Opt-In.

 

1. You may put in your personalized message at the first part of the text message. 

2. Then the following part will include the number of messages to be sent per month, Company Name, and Company Phone number you put in during set up.

3. You will be able to see how many parts your text will be. 160 characters is 1 part per text credit.

4. The section wherein you will need to enter your company's information, such as Company logo, Company Name, Company website, and Company Phone number.

5. At the bottom part, you'll have the option to turn Mid Compliance for all countries.

Your subscriber will have the option to reply via a Keyword, or click a link directing to the Opt In Landing Page.

You may also

1. personalize the message, and

2. update the Mobile Phone number, 

to be included in the landing page via the Manage Opt in page.

 

The information included here such as number of messages to be sent per month, Company Name, and Company Phone number may be updated at any time via the Opt In Manager page.

 

Note: Mid Compliance is the default setting for text messages to be sent to Australia, Ireland, and New Zealand.
