What fields in the contact record are necessary to send a text message?

To ensure proper delivery of your text message, these fields must be properly filled out in your contact record.

• Name: Contact's First Name and Last Name
• Phone1 or Phone2: A valid Mobile phone number in Phone1 or Phone2 fields depending on how the campaign was setup. You may check out the video here and here and for more details. This field must be unique.
• Country: The country where your subscriber is located.
• Email address: This field must be unique.

Omitting any of these fields may cause error or failure in delivering your text message.
