How to turn to a Higher Level of Compliance

Log in to your Text Integration account.

Go to the Opt In Manager page. Go to My Account, then select Manage Opt-In.

Choose your preferred compliance level: 

High Compliance is the default setting when text messages are sent to Canada and United States. Turning this ON will apply the High Compliance double opt-in compliance settings to all countries.

 

Mid Compliance is the default setting when text messages are sent to Australia, Ireland, and New Zealand. Turning this ON will apply the Mid Compliance double opt-in compliance setting to all countries except for the countries in Tier 1 (United States and Canada).

 

Low Compliance is the default setting when text messages are sent to all the other countries that are not mentioned in the high and mid compliance.

Note: The Manage Opt In page and setting may only be used for Mid and High Compliance. You may disregard the other information if you are at a low level compliance.

Lower level of compliance may be turned to a higher level. However, you will not be allowed to turn to a lower level of compliance if your default setting is of a higher level.

Note: Information stored in either Mid- Compliance or High Compliance is just the same. You do not need to re-upload it if you choose a different compliance level.
