Your short code is a unique 3 letter code which is assigned to you by the system after you have set up your account.
You will find this by logging into your Text Integration account. Go to My Account, Text Integration details. Click Edit, and look for the Short Code.
You may request a change to any 3-letter code you prefer as long as it is available and not yet used by other clients.
Email us at [email protected] to request for a short code change. Provide us with your 3-letter code of choice.
