How to Opt In again

What if your customers did not Opt In during your initial opt in campaign? 

After 48 hours, and they have not opted in, they will be automatically opted out.

You may view the Total number of Opt-outs from your Dashboard. Under the Subscriber details, you will see the Total Opt- Outs.

 

What to do:

You may activate them again, and re-send the Opt In message.

 

How?

 Log in to your Text Integration account.

Go to Reports, then select Opt-Out Report.

 

Select the account that you'd like to Opt back in, you may also select all. Then in the dropdown menu, select Opt-In
